NURTURE is a Management consulting company established by conglomerates of professionals from academia and practitioners in the industry. Nurture is registered under Ethiopian commercial registration and business license proclamation No. 980/2016, with business License no. KK/AA/14/706 /667925/2009, to give training and consultancy services on management, economic, financial, social, and development issues. The company’s brand name, nurture, was coined with the motive of the founders’ and owners’ aspiration to unlock the unlimited human potential through training, coaching and advisory services to boost up managerial and leadership capacity of individuals and organizations in Ethiopia and Africa. The company’s owners have taught in various higher educations in Ethiopia, working in executive positions in the various organizations and has engaged in consultancy and training activities of various not for profit, business and public organizations and think-tanks in Ethiopia.
