UB Consulting Engineers Limited was established and is operated by indigenous Ugandans providing consultancy services to both private and public sectors in the fields of engineering, management, computing, architecture and surveying.

UB operates with maximum observance of professional ethics and is independent of manufactures, Contractors and suppliers alike. It has partners that are adequately qualified as engineers. The firm also employs other qualified and experienced engineers, technicians and personnel of other relevant professions at its disposal who are deployed as need arises. The technical staffs have acquired vast experiences in most of the regions where they have successfully executed company activities.

The firm provides consultancy services either single handedly or in association with local and or international consulting firms depending on the nature of the assignment UB employs a staff of about 37 persons and this staff includes Civil Engineers of a range of specialties such as:

In addition, we arrange with local specialized professionals for engagement when their services are required.  These persons operate as ancillary staff available for assignment of consultancy at short notice and therefore are to all intents and purposes part of the Company’s establishment.  These professionals include Planners, Architects, Civil Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Geologists, Geo­physicists, Hydrologists, Hydro-geologists, Sociologists, and Training Specialists, Administrative and Institutional Specialists and others.
