  1. Ministry of Works and Transport has received funds to be used for the acquisition of Hotel services ( Seminars, Workshops, Training etc).
  2. The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies
  3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open Open Domestic Bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all bidders.
  4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from 09:00 AM - 04:00 PM .
  5. The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 0 UGX. The method of payment will be Through the bank with a URA Payment advice Form on the URA Account
  6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) at or before Tuesday, 23 May, 2017 . Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(d) on 23/05/2017
  7. There shall not be a pre - bid meeting

The Ministry of Works and Transport has allocated funds to be used for the acquisition of Air Tickets on Framework Contract. 2. The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders from Uganda for the provision of the above supplies. 3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to only Local Providers from Uganda as per the PPDA Guidelines 2/2017 issued on 10th March 2017. 4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from 9:00am to 4:00pm. 5. The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX: 100,000 (A Hundred Thousand Shillings Only). The method of payment will be through the Bank using the Bank Advise Payment Form obtained from any Uganda Revenue Authority Offices. 6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) at or before 10: 00am on 23rd May, 2017. All bids must be accompanied by bid securing declaration, must be valid until: 18th December 2017.
