The government of Uganda is prioritizing development of formal irrigated agriculture system in the Country to provide water sources to increase Agriculture production and farmer’s resilience to climate change. The Government has also secured fund towards undertaking feasibility studies for development of irrigation Schemes and Bulk Water Supply system covering the Agoro Hills, Me. Elgon region, Mt Rwenzori Region, the South western Highlands and Central region and other parts of the country.

The Ministry of Water and Environment under the Water for Production (WfP) Department therefore wishes to hire qualified firms to carry out Environmental Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) and Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) proposed Irrigation schemes and Bulk water system under

 Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) and Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) Proposed  construction of Rwimi, Nyimur, Kabuyanda, Kibimba and Musamya Irrigation Scheme in Kabarole, Lamwo, Gomba and Kayunga Districts.
