This Invitation for Bid follows  the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this project that appeared in the UN Development Business online No. AfDB06-07/13 0f 23rdjuly 2013 and Africa Development Bank Group’s Internet Website.

The Government of Uganda has received a Loan from the African Development Fund (ADF) in various currencies towards the cost of Uganda: Support to Higher Education, Science and Technology (HEST) Education, Science and Technology (HEST) Education V Project. It is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments under the contracts for Proposed Construction of Multipurpose Block at Busitema University, Nagongera Campus.

The Ministry of Education and Sports (The Employer) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the construction of the facilities described above.
