TOTAL E&P UGANDA, an Oil and Gas Exploration and Production company, invites experienced, reputable and qualified suppliers to express interest in the provision of Health, Safety, Enviroment and Quality (HSEQ) Training Services.

TOTAL E&Q UGANDA has operation in Kampala, the Albertine region, other locations in Uganda and extending beyond the Uganda borders.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE SCOPE OF SERVICES:

These services will include the following:

·         Provision of HSEQ Compliance training for the Oil and Gas Supply Chain.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

·         Registered on the Oil & Gas National Supplier Database before 31/10/2017

·         Compliance with National Content Regulations and 2016 Upstream Petroleum Regulations

·         Must have suitable, qualified and experienced employees to provide the respective services.

·         Be NSSF registered and with all required insurance for vendors and its employees

·         Adequate financial capacity to perform the services in case of eventual contract award

·         Compliance to national and international laws and oil and gas international standards

·         Quality Certification in the required field of service.
