TOTAL E&P UGANDA, an Oil and Gas Exploration & Production company, invites experienced

and reputable suppliers to express interest in the provision of Medical Support Services.

TOTAL E&P UGANDA has operations in Kampala, the Albertine region and other unspecified regions in Uganda extending beyond the Uganda boarders.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE SCOPE OF THE SERVICES:

These services will include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Provision of Medical Supply Chain management.

• Management of Medical facilities on Sites and Kampala HQ.

• Provision of Medical quality management services.

• Provision of Occupational Health services

• Field Medical Evacuation (MECIEVACJ with possibility to provide service outside

Uganda.

• Prevention and Public Health services.

• Provision of Consultancy, audit and expertise abilities.

• Provision of Community health services.

• Provision of Telemedecine.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Proof of application or registration on the Oil & Gas National Supplier Database before 31/10/2017.

• Compliance with National Content Regulations and 2016 UPSTREAM

PETROLEUM REGULATIONS.

• Approved and licensed by Ministry of Health.

• Must have Employees suitable, qualified and experienced to provide the respective

services.

• Be NSSF registered and with all required insurances for the vendor and its employees.

• Adequate financial capacity to perform the services in case of eventual contract award

• Compliance to National and internationals laws and standards applicable for the provision of medical services.

• Ouality Certifications in the required field of Service.

Interested companies who meet the minimum requirements and have the capability to provide

the services listed above, should request a pre-qualification questionnaire by sending an email

to: EP.PREQUALIFICATION-UGEP@totalcom on or before 17h00 Kampala time on 24. of January,

2018. Pre-qualification questionnaires will be issued to interested companies after 24. of January, 2018.

Completed pre-qualification questionnaires and the relevant supporting documents must be

labelled Expression of Interest with respective reference as indicated above and returned to the
