TOTAL E&P UGANDA, an Oil and Gas Exploration & Production company, invites experienced, reputable and qualified service providers to express interest in the Supply of fully - equipped Ambulances.

TOTAL E&P UGANDA has operations in Kampala, the ALBERTINE region, other locations in Uganda and extending beyond the Uganda boarders.

Brief Description of the Scope of the Services:

The supply is for the provision of fully equipped and functional Ambulance that is able to operate in tough off-road operations. and meets latest safety and environment design and operation requirements for Ambulances.

Minimum requirements:

• Proof of application or registration on the Oil & Gas National Supplier Database by 31/10/2012

• Compliance with National Content Regulations and 2016 UPSTREAM PETROLEUM REGULATIONS

• Must be authorized distributor or in partnership with vehicle manufacturer/ brand being proposed.

• Must have established maintenance workshop in Uganda with adequate parts stock levels. • Be NSSF registered and with all required insurances for the vendor and its employees • Adequate financial capacity to perform the services in case of eventual contract award • Compliance to National and International Laws and Standards applicable

• Quality Certifications in the required field of Supply

Pre-qualification questionnaires will be issued to interested companies after 25th. Of January, 2018.

Completed pre-qualification questionnaires and the relevant supporting documents must be labelled Expression of interest with respective reference as indicated above and returned to the Company addressed to: The Contracts and Procurement Department, Total E&P Uganda, Course View Towers, Plot 21 Yusuf  Lule Road, Kampala, Uganda on or before 17h00 on 08th of February, 2018.
