The County Government of Kitui, Department of Lands, Infrastructure, Housing & Urban Development wishes to undertake the Valuation of all the rateable properties in order to update the existing Valuation Roll and Land Rates applicable all over Kitui County. It is on this premise that all interested professionals and eligible firms are invited for the expression of interest to prepare the Valuation Roll.

Obtaining Documents
RFP documents can be obtained from the County Government of Kitui Website and National government portal.

Opening Venue
RFP documents will be opened immediately thereafter at the Head of Supply Chain Management Office

Submission Process
The completed RFP documents should be submitted in a plain sealed envelope must clearly marked the RFP Name and Number addressed to The Chief Officer Ministry Of Lands, Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development County Government of Kitui P. O Box 33- 90200 Kitui And be deposited in the tender box situated at the front of the County Procurement Offices on or before 13th June 2018
