Tenders are invited for the purchase of motor vehicles and unserviceable stores at KMTC constituent colleges situated in Nairobi, Port Reitz, Kabarnet, Lodwar, Eldoret, Lake Victoria, Siaya, Kapkatet, Mombasa, Homabay, Kilifi, Maanza, Kitui, Kisii and Nakuru. Tender documents containing the list of vehicles and unserviceable stores may be obtained from KMTC Administration Block, first floor, procurement office Nairobi, or from the Principals of the above stated Campuses upon payment of non-refundable fee of Kshs.500/= per set of documents, payable to the Director, Kenya Medical Training College, Nairobi, or you may download from KMTC website www.kmtc.ac.ke or http://supplier.treasury.go.ke at no cost. Bidders who download documents from the website should register their tenders at KMTC HQRS procurement office.

Completed tender documents in plain sealed envelopes, marked Tender No. KMTC/13/2017–2018 “Sale of Motor Vehicles and Unserviceable Stores” should be deposited in the Tender Box situated at the Entrance of Administration Block of KMTC Headquarters and addressed to:- The Director/CEO, Kenya Medical Training College, P. O. Box 30195 – 00100, NAIROBI. so as to reach him on or before 19th June 2018 at 10.00 a.m. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the Principal’s Boardroom and in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
