1. Moroto Regional Referral Hospital has received funds from the Government of Uganda to be used for the construction and rehabilitation of the maternity ward.

2. Moroto Regional Referral Hospital now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the construction and rehabilitation of the maternity ward.

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding procedures contained in the Government of Uganda's Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003.

4. Interested and eligible bidders may obtain further information from Moroto Regional Referral Hospital and inspect the bidding documents in the Procurement and Disposal Unit from 8:30am to 5:00pm during working days

6. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 200,000 (Two Hundred Thousand Shillings Only) payable to bank in the Hospital's account: Moroto Hospital delegated Account Number 9030005692201, Stanbic Bank, Moroto Branch and a receipt issued. The document should be collected immediately after payment from the Procurement and Disposal Unit.

7. Bids must be delivered to the address below in No. 8 on or before 30 October 2018 at 11:00am. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of UGX 50,000,000.Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend in the Hospital Board Room at3:00pm on 3. October 2018.
