Ntoroko District Local Government invites detailed applications from interested and competent registered contracting firms and companies to be pre-qualified as providers of Supplies/Goods, Works and services for the financial year 2018-19. Prequalification submissions will be evaluated in accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act (as amended) and the Local Government Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Regulations 2006.

(A) SUPPLIES/GOODS  

·         Computers, Printers and their consumables and accessories, photocopiers, generators and their parts

·         Printed Stationery/Data/Information

·         School, Office Furniture and Fittings

·         Assorted Office Stationery and Equipments

·         Supply and Installation of Culverts including Gravel (Murrum)

·         Water Quality Testing Equipment

SERVICES

·         Design and Documentation of GFS.

·         Provision of legal Services to the District.

·         Hall Hire and Catering Services

·         Feasibility study for sitting and Drilling of Boreholes

SUPPLY/SERVICES UNDER FRAME CONTRACTS

·         Supply of Petroleum Products and Lubricants

·         Advertisement, Media and Radio Programs

·         Supply of Spare parts for motor vehicles, cycles, plant equipment's and other machines

·         Repair and servicing of computers and other equipment

·         Repair and Servicing of District Motor Vehicles

·         Provision of General Photocopying and binding services

WORKS

·         General Building and Carpentry Works

·         Construction of ECOSAN Toilets and VIP Latrines

CONDITIONS TO TENDER:

Bidders are required to submit their bids with the following documents

• Non-refundable receipt

• Certificate of registration and Powers of attorney

• Valid current Trading License

• Original Income tax clearance —current

• Business bank accounts with latest bank statements for last two Financial Years

• Name, address and physical location of the company including telephone contacts

• List of Directors of the company and their recent passport size photographs

• Record of past or current contract/performance, equipments available and key personnel

• Any other information stated in the bid document or deemed necessary to supplement the bid

• Each item should be applied for separately

A complete set of pre-qualification document in English may be purchased by interested bidders from Procurement and Disposal Unit of Ntoroko District Local Government P. 0. Box 568, Fort Portal at upon payment of non-refundable fee of 72,500/= (Seventy thousand hundred shillings only) payable to Ntoroko DLG General Fund A/C: 5543630006 Bank of Africa, Fort Portal Branch.

The bank slip will then be presented to the district cashier to obtain a general receipt which will be presented to Procurement and Disposal Unit to be registered and obtain bid document. In addition to the original document, only one (01) copy must be submitted by 15'h June 2018 to:

Bid opening will take place on the same day at 2:10 PM in presence of bidders or their agents who may wish to attend. Late bids will be rejected, and any enquiries on this subject matter should be addressed to the Head PDU on 0772371128/07755555589 within seven days to closing date. Planned procurement schedule (subject to changes) is as follows;
