Mulago National Referral Hospital is in the process of pre-qualifying compete firms, companies and individuals who will be called upon from time to time, to quote/bid for the provision of goods, services and works during the Financial Years 2018-19, 2019-20 and 2020-21.

Mulago National Referral Hospital now invites competent firms, companies and individuals to submit sealed qualification submissions for the following list of goods, services and works to be provided include but are not limited to the following:

4. Pharmaceutical products and raw materials, Medical Sundries, Non-Medical Sundries and Chemical , Laboratory reagents and consumables

5. Orthopaedic Workshop Materials (Timber, Leather and Cycle Parts)

6. Hotel Services

7. Tyres and Tubes, Batteries, Oil and Lubricants

8. Surgical, Dental, Medical Instruments and materials

9. Medical Equipment and Spare parts of medical equipment

10. Hospital Furniture and fabricated materials

11. Medical gases and Accessories

12. Assorted Medical Stationery

13. Office Stationery

14. Motor Vehicle, M/Cycles and spare parts

15. Engineering Plants, Air Conditioners, refrigerators and boilers

16. Electrical Materials, equipments and accessories

17. Plumbing Materials & Equipments

18. Carpentry Materials / Mechanical Materials

19. Specialised Equipment for CSSD Autoclave

20. Office furniture and Fittings

21. Supply of Moto vehicles, motorcycles, generators

22. Computers, Printers, Scanners, fax machines and photocopiers, projectors, Tv Sets, Telephone sets, Gadgets and their accessories

23. Uniforms, Protective wear and Linen including bed sheets, blankets for patients, curtains and blinds 24. Kitchen equipments and materials

25. Newspapers and Magazines

26. Workshop maintenance equipment and materials

27. Servicing, repair and maintenance of medical equipments

 The pre-qualification of providers will be conducted in accordance with the pre-qualification procedures specified in the PPDA Regulations 2003 of the Government of Uganda.

Interested firms, companies and individuals may obtain further information and inspect the pre-qualification documents at the address below between 8:30am to 4:30pm on official working days.

Interested eligible firms may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below in No. 8(a) from 8:00am to 5:00pm, local time.

A complete set of the pre-qualification document in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below in No. 8(a) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 (One hundred thousand) for each lot applied for. The method of payment is through the bank on issue of advice forms (BPAF) should be obtained from the cashier's office Accounts section for lot applied for. Documents will be handpicked by the representatives of interested firms. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.

Each applicant is required to submit a complete set of pre-qualification documents for all lots applied for including the Original receipt of the purchase of pre-qualification document at the Procurement and Disposal Unit in lower Mulago at 11:am

Applicants should submit Four copies (one original and three copies of pre-qualification documents) in sealed envelopes Clearly marked " Pre-qualification for Provision of category and lot Number (mention the Goods, Services or Works applied for followed by MHC/SUPLS/SRVCS/WRKS/2018- 2019, 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 to MULAGO HOSPITAL COMPLEX) and addressed to the office of:
