Nakasongola District invites competent registered firms/companies and individuals to submit their sealed Contract bids/ Pre-qualification applications for provision of Works, Supplies and Services to Nakasongola District and Lower Local Governments for the Financial Year 2018/2019.

1. Prequalification for;

A. Civil Works: Naks/wrks/2018-19

a) Construction of Buildings and Pit Latrines

B. Services: Naks/Servs/2018-19

a) Repair and servicing of Motor Vehicles

b) Repair and servicing of motorcycles

C. Supplies: Naks/Supls/2018-19

a) Supply of improved Planting materials, Agricultural Inputs, fruit and tree seedlings.

b) Supply of tsetse fly traps

C) Supply of furniture & Fittings for Offices and, Schools.

d) Supply of computers, Photocopiers, Printers, Printer consumables and accessories.

e) Supply and maintenance of Generator and Solar Equipments

f) Supply of Road Plants Spare parts and Consumables

2. Framework Contracts for 2018-2019;

a) Hiring of roads equipment and plants

b) Supply of Printed Stationery

c) Supply of Assorted office stationery

d) Supply of building, Hard ware materials and Agricultural tools

e) Supply of Petroleum Products and Lubricants

f) Catering services

g) Repair and Servicing of computers and other office equipments

h) Supply of Motor Vehicles tyres, tubes and batteries

i) Supply of Motor Vehicles tyres, tubes and batteries

Terms and conditions for pre-qualification

1. Pre-qualification/Bidding documents in English Language may be obtained from Procurement and Disposal Unit upon presentation of General receipt from District Cash office, that is given after presenting a Bank slip of payment of the respective non-refundable fees of Ushs: 70,000 to Nakasongola DLG General Funds Account No. 2110028000610 Post Bank - Nakasongola Branch

2. Each item shall be applied for separately

3. Bid envelope clearly marked "Contract/Pre-qualification Document for .. Addressed to: The Secretary Contracts Committee, P.O. Box 1, Nakasongola must be hand delivered at 4(a) before 12:00 noon Local time on 19th /06/2018. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address 4(b) at 2:30pm Local time on 19/06/2018
